Pricing questions
Do unused credits roll over?
No rollover: included credits reset every month. That is a simplicity choice — and volume-based overage covers occasional spikes without switching plans.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades are immediate: you instantly receive the credit delta prorated to the time left in the period, and your overage rate switches to the new (better) rate. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period — your quota never drops mid-cycle.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes, all prices exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is computed automatically at checkout based on your country; EU businesses outside France with a valid VAT number get reverse charge.
What is the default spending cap?
By default, your plan price: your monthly invoice cannot exceed 2× the plan without your action. You can adjust it from 0 (no overage at all) to unlimited, anytime.
