1. Who we are

Leadmaps is published by THE DUG MEDIA LTD. For any personal-data question: [email protected]. Service data is hosted in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany).

2. Data of service users

Account: email, name, hashed password — legal basis: contract performance; kept for the account lifetime, then anonymized.

Billing: identity, address, VAT number, invoice history — processed by Stripe (our payment provider; card numbers never touch our servers); kept 10 years (accounting obligation).

Transactional emails are sent via Resend. Product analytics: PostHog (EU), configured cookieless.

3. Data of listed establishments

The Leadmaps database contains business establishment information collected from publicly accessible sources: name, category, address, phone, website, rating and review volume. No email addresses, no review text, no photos, no consumer data.

The “Establishment data” page details this processing (legal basis: legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6.1.f) and your rights, including simple, free objection via /remove-my-business.

4. Cookies

No tracking cookie is set by default: our analytics runs cookieless.

A single affiliate attribution cookie (lm_aff, 90 days) may be set ONLY with your consent, when you arrive through a referral link (?via=). If you decline, nothing is stored on your device and attribution is limited to the current session.

5. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Exercise them by email at [email protected]; we answer within one month at most. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (e.g. CNIL, cnil.fr).
