What exactly is a credit?
1 credit = 1 delivered listing: one export row, one place returned by the API or the MCP. Search, counts and facets are free and unlimited within your plan rate limits.
Do I pay again if I re-download the same listings?
No. Any listing already delivered (and billed) to your account can be re-delivered for free for 30 days, across all channels (export, API, MCP). Retrying after a network error never costs anything.
What happens if I go over my included credits?
Overage is billed automatically at your plan rate (from €3.50/1,000 on Starter down to €0.90/1,000 on Scale). A spending cap is on by default, set to your subscription price — your invoice can never exceed 2× your plan without your say-so. You can change it from 0 to unlimited.
How fresh is the data?
The database is refreshed in continuous cycles, country by country. Every listing carries a last_refreshed_at field, so you always know when it was last verified.

France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg — 7.9M+ listings in total, and growing. More European countries are coming.

Card payment via Stripe, in euros, prices excluding VAT. VAT is computed automatically for your country; EU businesses outside France get reverse charge (validated intra-EU VAT number). Compliant invoices, downloadable anytime.
