Establishment data — information notice

What data do we process?

For each listed business establishment: name, activity category, address, postal code, city, country, phone, website, average rating and review count, opening hours, status (open/closed), a place identifier and the public link to the source listing, and the last verification date.

We deliberately do NOT collect: email addresses, review text, photos, or consumer data.

Where does it come from?

This information comes from publicly accessible online sources, where professionals publish it to be found and contacted. It is refreshed in continuous cycles.

Why (purpose and legal basis)?

Purpose: provide professional (B2B) customers with an establishment directory for professional prospecting, market research and CRM enrichment.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f), given the public nature of the data, its professional character, the applied minimization and the simple objection right offered.

For how long?

A listing that disappears from its source or is marked permanently closed has its contact data purged within 12 months. Customer delivery logs are kept 90 days for objection traceability, export logs 3 years (contractual evidence).

Your rights and objection

You can request removal of your establishment in two minutes via /remove-my-business or by email at [email protected]. We process requests within 7 business days (legal maximum: 1 month).

Upon explicit request, we notify your objection to customers who received your listing within the last 90 days.

Our customers are contractually required to attribute the data source and to offer an opt-out means in every prospecting message.
